The design draws on Chinese folklore, in particular, the Chinese dragon. His glistening scales and orange flames catch everyone’s eyes, creating an imposing presence on the trail. The tail uses expanding foam and fibreglass to give a realistic 3D form, wrapped around one of the cow’s legs. The artist loves character creation and pattern work and this can be seen clearly in this design.
