Design Inspiration

Everyone knows Cambridge’s serious side; the dignified, erudite, historic seat of learning. However, it also has a quirky, fun side, amply demonstrated by the famous Footlights Club. This design is a tribute to Monty Python’s love of the ridiculous. Mr Gumby’s udders host the Holy Grail, his wellies shelter stamping feet and killer rabbits, while naughty Brian graffitied the trousers before running away. Can you spot the other Python references?

A child cannot choose the family, surroundings, or situation they are born into. Here at Break we believe that whatever a child’s start in life, with the right support there’s no limit to what they can achieve. We help children and young people find the courage, strength and hope they need to live happy and successful lives.
