The Neon Cow was achieved through the hard work of students at Netherhall School and the generous sponsorship that was received to make it possible. The sense of achievement and ownership of creating their mini moo has been invaluable to the children. Pupils masked out the individual sections and painted with acrylic paint before varnishing.
