Moo-ve quickly: Only a few cows left to sponsor

Business leaders who have not yet signed up to be part of Cows about Cambridge are being urged to ruminate no longer, as only a few Cows remain available for sponsorship.

To date more than 50 businesses, schools and community groups have registered to take part in the project, one of the largest mass-participation art events ever to be held in the city. The discovery trail for local residents and employees will run from 30 March until 6 June 2020. It’s likely to generate more than £8 million of economic value for the region, while promoting wellbeing and an active lifestyle, and facilitating discussions on environmental issues.

Creative producers Wild in Art are managing the project in partnership with local children’s charity Break. Supporters include Principal Partner, Cambridge BID; Media Partner, Cambridge Independent; and Presenting Partner and Official Travel Partner, Thameslink.

“Sponsorship opportunities are being snapped up! You too could join our impressive roll call of supporters; it reads like a who’s who of the Cambridge business world, those that recognise the social impact and tangible benefits a popular, inclusive public art event like this brings,” comments Peter Marron, Project Manager for Cows about Cambridge.

“I can’t think of a better way to communicate how much value businesses receive in return for sponsoring a sculpture and choosing their preferred design. There are limitless possibilities for stakeholder and staff engagement, community outreach, profile-raising and creative fun!”
